Who are we and what are we about?

Evolution Fitness Gym is an all inclusive fitness facility based on Dyffryn Business Park in Ystrad Mynach. We provide a range of brand new fitness and weights equipment with over 90 stations and over 30 classes to choose from weekly, a cafe snack bar area providing freshly cooked meals and a range healthy meal prep. We have a great range of classes aimed at creating a friendly, inclusive environment for all members of our community. We are a one stop facility for all your physical and mental wellbeing needs.

The prize entitles one adult to one month's individual full access membership and the winner must follow our terms and conditions through the membership.
